Kiemelten fontos számunkra, hogy a nálunk pihenő vendégek zavartalanul töltsék az ittlétüket, így kérjük Önöket a házirend betartására.



1. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment, other persons (friends, family members, acquaintances) are not allowed.

2. Check-in and check-out: Guests can check in from 15:00-18:00 and check out by 10:30. Check-in and check-out is done in the presence of the manager.

3. The host is NOT responsible for any valuables left in the apartment!

4. The host cannot be held responsible for and will not pay any compensation for damage caused by events beyond its control (e.g. natural disasters, hail, fire, power outages, damage to parking spaces, etc.).

5. The accommodation provider is liable for any damage caused by the guest and the guest is obliged to compensate for the damage caused.

6. No smoking and no open flames in the apartment!

7. The guest is obliged to keep the quiet in the evening after 22:00. If guests are noisy or listen to loud music, the accommodation provider reserves the right to refuse to accept guests who misbehave or do not comply with the house rules, or to remove them from the accommodation immediately.

8. Cleaning once a week with change of bed linen and towels (for stays longer than one week).

9. Daily cleaning is available on request, for a fee.

10. Please use the equipment as intended! It is forbidden to take out of the house the furniture and equipment of the rooms, including towels, blankets, bed linen, etc. After reading the list of furnishings on arrival, please sign it to confirm that everything is complete.

11. The wellness area is open between 8-00 and 20-00, and children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a parent.

12. Pets are not allowed in the apartment!

13. In case of non-compliance with the rules, the owner of the house will terminate the tenancy agreement, in which case the tenant will be compensated for financial damages. no compensation!
